Yusupov Hospital is a unique medical facility which is named after Russian philanthropist, duke Boris Yusupov. It was built on the place of old Yusupov`s hospital of 1835 in Moscow. The modern hospital was opened in 2014.

The area of the hospital is 5000 square meters, it has own closed area for patients to walk under the supervision of medical staff.

Foreign patients medical care and support

Yusupov Hospital has a Medical Tourism Department for accompanying foreign patients to ensure that patients from other countries could receive a quality medical care without experiencing linguistic and cultural difficulties.

Services for foreign patients

• International patients are provided with an English speaking coordinator from the moment of the first request to the time of patient recovery and hospital discharge. Medical coordinator will help you find the appropriate specialist, communicate with the doctor and manage issues related to the treatment or any other accompanying issues.
• Appointment Services. We will help our patient to choose specialist and make an appointment. Appointments are made as quickly as possible by taking into account our patient's preferences. If you need to undergo several medical procedures and doctors in one day, we will find the best option for you and make an appointment with the specialists you need.
• Medical Second Opinion Service. When we receive your medical documents, our team will review it and give you doctor’s opinion on treatment process. The treatment plan is always based on the patient's individual differences.
• Interpretation Services during your visit. We employ medical interpreters, who assist foreign patients during their visit to our hospital. The interpreters help patients with medical documents completion, provide interpretation services at the consultation with the doctor, during medical procedures and manipulations, assist patients upon hospital admission.
• Translation Services for medical and healthcare documents. You can send your medical reports in English. We will translate them into Russian and pass to doctors for further examination. Moreover, many of our doctors speak English. When you are discharged you will receive a report in Russian. This discharge report can be translated into a foreign language if necessary.
• Discharge Services and the Follow-ups After the Discharge. Treatment of foreign patients often continues after their return home due to limited length of stay in Russia. Our coordinator stays in touch with the patient and is always ready to answer all questions related to the treatment process.
• Transfer services. We are glad to offer our foreign patients transfers and airport pickup services.
• Visa Support Services. Many foreign patients require a visa to enter the Russian Federation. You may also need different confirmation documents of the planned treatment to be provided at the place of work. We will help you with arranging of all the necessary documentation.

Yusupov Hospital has a 24-hour inpatient unit, day patient department, and intensive care unit (ICU).
There are 75 beds in one, two, three and four-bed wards of premium quality. We can also offer family wards.
